Lasserre De Haut, stopover gîtes and guest rooms, is located on the Via Podiensis of pilgrimage of
Saint-Jacques of Compostelle to four kilometres of Montreal Du Gers.
Typical bastide of 13 th century, it was founded in 1255 by Alphonse of Poitiers, brother of Saint-Louis.
It is built on a rocky arm dominating the Auzoue, small river of this valley Gersoise.
